Introduction to Alternative Lifestyles

This workshop provides a broad introduction to alternative lifestyles in general (including swinging, sex-positivity, polyamory and kink). Together we break down and discuss communication, boundaries, consent and personal wellbeing within these communities, engaging in fun group activities where you can share and learn from others in a safe and playful environment. This workshop is suitable for people who are starting out on their journey into alternative lifestyles. Self-Pleasure and Discovery

Dive into a transformative journey of self-pleasure and connection in this immersive workshop, designed for solos and those in relationships. With guided visualisations and the use of various props, you will explore your body's unique sensations and discover what feels truly pleasurable. Whether participating solo or with a partner, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to deepen your connection to your own body. You are encouraged to wear as much clothing as feels comfortable, and exploration of the entire body is welcomed and celebrated. Fantasy Deep Dive

This workshop offers a safe, cosy, and shame-free environment for participants to explore and connect with their fantasies. It begins with guided meditation to help individuals recognise and visualise their desires, noticing the body's sensations as your arousal expands. Participants will then have the opportunity to share and discuss their fantasies, either with a partner or in groups, fostering a sense of vulnerability and connection. The workshop may also include role-play exercises to deepen the exploration, all within a sacred space designed to encourage openness and comfort. Introduction to Kink & BDSM

This workshop welcomes attendees who are curious about kink and wanting to enter into the community. We look at the key factors involved in physical and emotional safety within the kink space with a prominent focus on communicating consent. Learn about the different roles and lifestyles within the kink community, and how to safely plan and execute play. To cement these concepts we will also be doing a range of group activities designed to bring joy, excitement and anticipation around what lies ahead! Explore The Human Forest

Explore The Human Forest is an interwoven experience involving intimacy, vulnerability, and non-sexual touch. Rooted firmly in a foundation of clear communication and consent, participants are able to explore the mind & body responses created through giving and receiving touch in a nurturing and safe environment. In this electrifying space you will have the opportunity to anonymously weave through a forest of human “trees”, providing touch and sensation. Then you will switch roles and become the tree, accepting the offerings of others as you see fit. This is a delightful sensory event of human touch and connection.
